Delivery
Many of our items include free UK delivery. On items where delivery is charged, costs are calculated at the checkout according to the weight and size of items purchased. For multiple purchases, the delivery charge will be equal to the highest single delivery cost among the items in your shopping basket. For example, purchase a grille with a delivery cost of £8.50 together with a badge with a delivery cost of £1.95, and the total delivery cost for your order will be just £8.50.
For order values less than £500.00, we can deliver to an alternative address. For order values greater than this, we are only able to deliver to the Payment Card billing address.
Most small items will be dispatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Larger items will be dispatched via courier. In all cases a signature will be required on delivery. Please check that your order has arrived complete and in good condition before signing. We aim to deliver your goods within five working days. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may increase delivery times, in which case we will attempt to contact you regarding the progress of your order.
Guarantee
All new products supplied by LMF carry at least a 12 month guarantee and in some cases carry a 3 year guarantee.
